Our relationship centered wedding planning process takes place over three phases: planning, design + coordination.
Before we dive into the details, we kick things off by getting to the most important element of any great wedding: you + your relationship. From there, we build the pillars of your event: a custom planning timeline + a personalized budget. We’ll keep everything on track with monthly meetings, custom vendor matchings, and regular email communication.
Our design process isn't the industry norm – we don't have a fixed style or follow the latest wedding trends. We have something better: you.

Our design process is centered around your Marriage Mantra. It’s our secret sauce and our superpower, and couples often tell us that this is not only an investment in their event, but also an investment in their relationship. Who said planning a wedding had to be a drag?

At 60 days, it’s go time. Cue your Rebel Coordinator tagging in to make all your Love Party plans come to life. We’ll take care of everything from creating your day-of timeline, styling family heirlooms, + managing every last detail so you get to be a guest + enjoy your party!
In an industry that is often opaque, we value transparency. For full scale ceremony + reception support [if you’re just getting started without a venue], our clients typically invest around $15,500 to work with us, which includes a team of two planners and an event designer.
While we recommend using our support for the full planning process [it's the most stress-fee, fun + fully supported way to go!], we are also happy to meet you where you’re at for scaled down support to create a kick-ass event. Pricing for this ranges but typically starts at around $7,500.

We pay living wages, provide healthcare, and offer retirement benefits. We know you’re making an investment working with us, and we promise to make this a fantastic event and meaningful experience that you actually enjoy.
We’re been proud to donate 5% of our profits each year to local NYC nonprofit organizations, because we believe the first decision you make as a married couple should be what social cause you want to give back to. That way, the party keeps going long after the disco ball turns for the last time on the dance floor.
Giving back is one of our core tenets at Modern Rebel and since our founding in 2015, we’ve raised over $55,000 (and counting!) for nonprofits across the country.

Of course! People come to us at various stages of the planning process. Wherever we jump in, we're coming on as your full planner to take care of everything the rest of the way.
Parents rock, but our process is specifically designed to allow you to invest in your relationship, and to do that, we require working with you and your partner exclusively.
We do, and all over the US + Canada, too! Full weekend celebrations are our speciality.
